Modern day society has tried to convince us to have curated lives. But the reality is that the life you will truly want to remember is happening right now, even in the chaos. You don’t need to wait for the right moment to take photos. You need a professional photographer that’s going to honor what’s happening right now. 

I learned the hard way that without rain, there are no rainbows, either - which is how I ended up with a rainbow as my logo. There is no ‘perfect’ story to remember - just the messy and wonderful ones we’re living.

Hi, I’m elise.

I first picked up a camera to keep myself busy during my husband’s long military deployments. Soon, my camera became my anchor as I waded through military life, infertility, and now motherhood.

Living through those hard seasons taught me that every person carries a story beneath the surface. That's why I spend time getting to know you before I bring out my camera.

Documenting the beauty in the everyday is my soul’s poetry. Whether it’s the line of toys snaking down the hall, the feeling of your child cuddled close, or the passion behind a day’s hard work - these stories matter. And I’m here to tell them through photographs you’ll want to look at over and over again.
