Because I design every session around your family’s unique story, I book sessions a minimum of 4-6 weeks in advance.

  • I have a limited amount of sessions I take on per month to ensure I'm able to give each client detailed attention and planning. You should expect to book your session about 4-6 weeks in advance for a family or motherhood session. Newborn sessions should be booked in the second trimester.

  • Spring has the fresh feel of sunshine and blooms. Summer has rich, cool mornings and golden evenings. Fall has those stunning autumn colors. But don't discount winter - playing together in the snow with chunky knits is cuter than you think. And if you want photos at home, the answer is any season. But life doesn’t stop just because seasons change - so truly, whenever your family has a story to tell.

  • I do not expect perfect behavior - I expect your kids to be themselves! My sessions are designed around interaction to keep everyone engaged and feeling comfortable. I've got many tips for success (and a few tricks up my sleeve) for you. And if someone needs a break or we need to pivot, that's not a problem.

  • From wardrobe styling ideas (yes, text me that picture of clothes piled on your bed) to beautiful local spots (hello, Drake Park, Shevlin Park, or Smith Rock), and activities during the session to keep everyone engaged - I help with it all. You can lean on my experience working with children of all ages and planning skills to ensure you’re covered. Really.
